District and School Administrators may add individual teachers and students and upload lists of teachers and students according to their permissions. Refer to the links below for Student and Teacher Upload templates. 

Important: If your district or school uses Clever or ClassLink, click here to contact the Walkabouts Platform team BEFORE uploading teachers or students using the directions below. 

First, click + beside your District's name.

To add teachers to a school, first click + beside the School's Name. Then, click the Add Teacher or Upload Teachers icon beside Teachers (under Actions). To download the Teacher Upload Template, click here. Click + beside Teachers to view a list of teachers at each school. Click the Edit or Delete icon under Actions as needed.

To add students to a school, first click + beside the School's Name. Then, click the Add Student or Upload Student icon beside Students (under Actions). To download the Student Upload Template, click here. Click + beside Students to view a list of students at each school. Click the Edit or Delete icon under Actions as needed.
